Before You Join
The mechanics, plainly.
Membership points are a programme currency for eligible experiences and services. They are not money, hold no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Billing
- Monthly members are charged each month. Annual members are charged once, at the annual rate shown, for a twelve-month period.
- Renewal
- Memberships renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Your next renewal date and charge are shown in your membership settings.
- Cancellation
- You may cancel at any time from your membership settings. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Tier changes
- Upgrades and downgrades take effect from the start of your next billing period.
- Points
- Your monthly points allocation is credited under the published crediting schedule and is recorded in a permanent ledger.
